Many of you ask us how long it takes to fulfil the order made in PGWEAR CUSTOMS. Exact time depends on many factors but we will try to define the approximate time for particular groups of products. Every order is different and the our production capabilities also vary. Therefore, the final time of the product delivery is defined before accepting your order. However, we know that there are emergency situations, sometimes you need something 'at once’. In such cases we always try to help and if it is possible we will fulfil the order in shorter time than the standard:
– T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants- imported, on which we put only prints or embroideries – 2-14 days
– T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants sewn from scratch with prints or embroideries – 15-25 days, depending on the complexity of graphic design, if it is necessary to create a new pattern or modify the old one, the time of delivery may be prolonged for a few days
– jackets – depending on the model – 20-35 days. Definetely we may fulfil the order in shorter period of time in the case of the projects based on PGWEAR jackets.
– winter hats, balaclavas, scarves – 7-12 days
– printed scarves– 5-10 days
– caps and bucket hats – 15-25 days
– polyester flags and PVC banners – 5-7 days
– belt bags, shoulder bags, sacks – 15-25 days
The approximate time given above can be prolonged if, apart from the main product, you also ordered accessories, such as, jacquard labels, jacquard badges, leather accessories, etc. or if we for example have to dye the fabric especially for you. However, even in the case of the most complex projects, with many accessories, complex prints or embroideries, we try to realize the order in the time no longer than one month.
