Getting started
PGWEAR Customs is a service offering custom clothing design and production. We create garments from scratch – from cutting and fabric selection, through construction, to printing, embroidery or other forms of personalisation in line with the customer’s vision.
Each design is made to order and tailored to specific needs, rather than based on ready-made mass production patterns. It is a fully-fledged custom production carried out in accordance with PGWEAR quality standards, rather than dropshipping or cheap print-on-demand.
Because you are purchasing fully-fledged clothing manufactured from start to finish in the European Union, in accordance with applicable quality norms and production standards.
Every stage – from design, through sewing and personalisation, to the final finish – is carried out under our supervision. This is not mass production on cheap blanks or random printing, but customisation created to the highest quality, with real responsibility for the final result and the standard for which the PGWEAR brand is known.
For fan clubs, ultras groups, streetwear brands, sports clubs, gyms, MMA teams, companies, events, as well as individuals who want to make a short series of clothes – even if it’s their first such project ever.
Yes. That’s what PGWEAR Customs is for – we guide you through the entire process and ensure that the end result makes sense in terms of quality and visual appeal.

The knowledge you will gain during such a meeting may be invaluable while planning your orders.

The last reason to visit us is the fact that Poland and our region has many attractions that simply must be seen!
Design
PGWEAR Customs graphic studio consists of several graphic designers experienced in creating garments. We do not require you to have ready-made designs. All you need to do is to describe your vision in as much detail as possible and send graphic elements. Our graphic designers will take care of creating visuals. We will also suggest to you which decoration methods will work best for your project.
Yes. If you have ready-made graphics, we will check them technically. If you only have an idea or a sketch, we can help you refine your design. You will be working with people who know the realities of streetwear and technical clothing, not just any random printing company.
Contact our designersWe use specialized graphics programs to decorate garments. Vector files are the basis for their development.
However, if you do not have the ability to send us vector files no problem. High resolution .jpg or .psd files will suffice. Our graphic designers will adapt them to your production requirements.
Yes. Before production begins, you will receive a visualisation of the design and a set of technical specifications for approval. Production will only commence once you have approved not only the appearance, but also all key technical aspects, such as the cut, materials, construction, method of manufacture and finishing details. This gives you full control over the final result, and ensures that the production process is 100% in line with the specifications.

Yes, we can prepare a sample before fulfilling the actual order. However, please note that sample production involves additional costs and extends the delivery time. Alternatively, if your design is based on one of our models or construction solutions, in many cases you can purchase a very similar product in our shop and use it to assess the quality of the materials, workmanship and cut. If you are unsure which model or solution is right for you, please contact us – we will help you choose the best reference point for your design.
Yes. The price specified in the quote covers the entire order in accordance with the agreed terms – from design and production to personalisation and finishing. There are no hidden costs or additional charges along the way. All elements of the order are clearly specified and included in a single, fixed price before production begins.
Production
At PGWEAR Customs, we handle orders with a wide variety of complexity. Many of your projects require us to create new sewing templates or are based on more complex ones.
Many models of jackets and sweatshirts with several pockets, integrated mask and a lot of stitching are a great challenge for our cutters and sewers. The result of our hard work is a top quality, unique product.
At PGWEAR Customs, we do not limit ourselves to one technology or pattern. We carry out the entire clothing production process: from designing the cut and construction, through selecting and sewing materials, to finishing and branding. Depending on your needs, we can use different types of cuts, seams, fabric weights and structures, classic or technical constructions, as well as prints, embroidery and other forms of personalisation. Each element of production is selected individually for the project – and if you have a non-standard idea, we are able to implement it on request. We do not operate according to a closed list of possibilities – we do exactly what the project requires.
Find out what we can do for youWe determine the length of the production process individually for each order, as it depends on several factors, ie:

We provide realistic deadlines, not marketing promises. If you have a deadline (event, match, trip), let us know right away – we will check if it can be safely met.

Our standard is to pack each piece of clothing in a plastic bag. However, the list of possibilities is very long. If you care about the exclusivity of your product, you can opt, for example, for plastic bags with your own logo or elegant boxes.
To accurately determine shipping costs, we need to know your zip code in addition to the order details. Our long-standing cooperation with UPS and GLS allows us to offer the best possible prices on the market. Shipping, for example, 100 T-shirts to most EU countries costs less than EUR 20, which we consider a very attractive price. Parcels are delivered to your door. If you are not present, you can pick them up at UPS Access Point/GLS Parcel Shop locations.
