PGWEAR Customs is not only a showroom and an office! We will show you from A to Z what the clothing production process looks like – from the development of the project on PC, through cutting and sewing, to quality control and packaging.
The last reason to visit us is the fact that Poland and our region has many attractions that simply must be seen!
At PGWEAR Customs, we handle orders with a wide variety of complexity. Many of your projects require us to create new sewing templates or are based on more complex ones.
Many models of jackets and sweatshirts with several pockets, integrated mask and a lot of stitching are a great challenge for our cutters and sewers. The result of our hard work is a top quality, unique product.
PGWEAR Customs graphic studio consists of several graphic designers experienced in creating garments. We do not require you to have ready-made designs. All you need to do is to describe your vision in as much detail as possible and send graphic elements. Our graphic designers will take care of creating visuals. We will also suggest to you which decoration methods will work best for your project.
We use specialized graphics programs to decorate garments. Vector files are the basis for their development.
However, if you do not have the ability to send us vector files no problem. High resolution .jpg or .psd files will suffice. Our graphic designers will adapt them to your production requirements.
The answers to this question vary depending on the type of product and the specific project. In some cases, due to the need to produce custom fabrics or knitwear, minimum orders may be higher, but this is usually the case:
- Mantels, neck covers, caps, scarves – 20 pieces
- T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, bags, pants – 30 pieces
- Jackets – 50 pieces.

Our standard is to pack each piece of clothing in a plastic bag. However, the list of possibilities is very long. If you care about the exclusivity of your product, you can opt, for example, for plastic bags with your own logo or elegant boxes.
To accurately determine shipping costs, we need to know your zip code in addition to the order details.
