In manufacturing sweatshirts and sweatpants, the kind of used material is crucial. Its high quality combined with conscientiousness of cutting and sewing processes is a guarantee of success. We described the fulfilment of orders of sweatshirts and sweatpants numerous times. This time, we present creation of whole sets.
The customer decided to order two versions – navy and grey. In both cases, we used combed knit fabric of about 350g weight for manufacturing, thanks to which the tracksuits are very warm. We used tried and true cuts, used earlier for PGWEAR products. Sweatshirt appearance is decidedly improved by metal zipper. Side pockets in both sweatshirt and sweatpants are zipped, which increases their functionality. Logos visible over heart and the back part of the sweatpants were created using traditional embroidery method. The customer also decided on ordering two kinds of jacquard labels, which are placed both inside and outside of the products.
