How do you start when creating your own clothing brand?
The most important thing when creating your own brand is, of course, the idea. You need to know which customer group you want to target with your clothing, and what type of clothing you want to offer.
It is also a good idea to have a ‘theme’, i.e. graphic elements or accessories that will link the individual products of your collection.
Garment designs
We don’t expect you to have professional designs for individual products. The PGWEAR Customs graphic studio is here to help you. The many years of experience of our designers will let us adapt your ideas to production possibilities.
We will provide you with a range of visualisations with technical descriptions of all the elements and smallest details. At this stage you know exactly what the final article will look like.
Selection of sewing patterns, materials and add-ons
Our experienced technologists will suggest tailoring forms from the PGWEAR Customs database (more than 250 proven templates) or create new ones specially for you.
At this stage you will be able to choose the materials from which your garment will be sewn. Our long-standing cooperation with the best suppliers allows us to offer a wide range of top-quality knitwear and fabrics and, if necessary, produce them especially for you.
In the meantime, our consultants will suggest the best methods for decorating your garment. During this production stage we will present you with the various options: screen printing, embroidery, sublimation and all kinds of add-ons such as jacquard labels, patches, buttons and many more.
Final garment production
Once all the details have been agreed, we begin the actual production process. PGWEAR Customs’ 60 experienced employees will ensure that every piece of your branded garment is produced as agreed and in the highest quality.
Modern machines and the precision of the PGWEAR Customs employees guarantee the highest quality on the market. At this stage of production, you are regularly informed of the progress of the work.
