PGWEAR CUSTOMS – THE MANUFACTURER OF PGWEAR COLLECTION

Apart from delivering your individual orders, PGWEAR Customs has always manufactured PGWEAR products, available at www.en.pgwear.net . On August 29, 2016, our new collection was launched, Autumn/Winter 2016. Now we would like to briefly tell you how we created these special items.

The process of developing every product always starts with the design phase. This stage has a major impact on how the product will look like. This process is very laborious and time-consuming. At PGWEAR, it begins as early as 10-12 months before selling the product. Below you may find a few examples of our design projects from our Autumn/Winter 2016 collection:

While designing our products, we make sure we use the right, top quality knits and fabrics, which are then sewn, becoming samples. As for the products for the autumn/winter season, it is crucial to pay attention to certain properties of the fabrics such as water resistance, breathability or weight. Perfect products need many samples, changes and tests. This phase takes a lot of time and patience as we always wish to create clothes that will satisfy all your needs and expectations.

In the meantime, we create graphic designs, including printing, embroidery and accessories. With our extensive expertise, we are able to select the best fabric decoration techniques. We perfectly know when it is better to use screen and sublimation printing, or when it is better to go for jacquard, embroidered or leather tabs and patches. Also, several seemingly irrelevant details such as zippers, straps or sleeve bands are of great importance. In our view, the proper selection of these pieces powerfully influences the style of the clothes.
