The course of the production process depends on the type and model of the clothing that you order from us. Each project is different, so stages of production may also be different. At each of them we will make every effort to ensure that your product is of the highest quality and meets your expectations 100%.
The first stage is the selection of appropriate templates. It’s them which final appearance of your product (its cut, type and number of pockets, the shape of hood, etc.) depends on. If necessary, we can create completely new templates that will better meet your expectations. If you want your sweatshirt, sweatpants or T-shirt to have indentations, stripes, colored inserts invented by you – no problem, we will customize the templates for your project.
Undoubtedly, an important stage of production is the choice of materials. To sew cotton sweatshirts and sweatpants we mainly used cotton fabric with a weight of about 350g. To sew T-shirts – high quality cotton with a weight of about 210g. is used. Depending on the type of product, we can also use polyester, microfiber, nylon, and many other fabrics and textiles. To sew we use high quality threads, thanks to which the seams are very durable, even after many years of use.
At this stage we also choose extras that will make your project be unique. You can choose jacquard tags, sew on patches, neck tape. It is you who decides on the details, i.e. the color and the type of strings to the hood, the color of the inside of the hood, color of welts etc.
The next step is the so-called cutting. It requires very high precision. The entire tranche is cut at the same time on a big table, using special knives. The resulting patterns segregated into sizes are ready for printing. To be continued…
