Every day we receive dozens of e-mails and phone calls from you. That’s why we decided to collect the most frequently asked questions and answer them as precisely as possible. Here are the first part of the most frequently asked questions at PGWEAR Customs:
1. How long does the production process take?
The length of the production process is determined individually for each order, because it depends on several factors, i.e .:
– type of ordered product
– quantity
– design complexity
– order placement period.
Production time ranges from about 2 weeks to 6-7 weeks for large and complex orders. For a precise answer to this question, please write to us at customs@pgwear.net
2. What are the shipping costs?
In order to accurately determine shipping costs, we need to know your zip code in addition to order details. Our long-term cooperation with UPS and GLS companies allows us to offer the best possible prices on the market. For example, shipping 100 T-shirts to most EU countries costs less than 20 EUR, which we consider as a very attractive price. Packages are delivered to your door. In case of absence, you can pick them up at UPS Access Point / GLS Parcel Shop.
3. What file format is needed for production?
We use specialized graphic software to decorate clothes. The basis for their development are vector files. However, if you are unable to send us vector files, no problem. High-resolution .jpg or .psd files are enough. Our graphic designers will adapt them to the production requirements.
4. Does the product price include taxes?
It depends. If you are from outside the EU, we will offer you a price excluding VAT. This tax will be charged with the customs duty when the package arrives in your country.
If you live in the EU and have a company with an active VAT number (most companies in the EU have this number), you do not have to pay this tax at all. EU regulations exempt you from it.
People without a registered company and living in the EU will receive a price including VAT from us. You don’t have to complete any formalities. PGWEAR Customs will settle the tax with the tax office in your country.
5. What is the minimum order quantity?
The answers to this question depends on the type of product and the specific project. In some cases, due to the need to produce fabrics or knitted fabrics, the minimum orders may be larger, but usually it is:
Balaclavas, neck covers, caps, scarves – 20 pieces
T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, bags, pants – 30 pieces
Jackets – 50 pieces.
