6. Where is PGWEAR Customs head office? Can I visit you?

You are welcome! Our office and sewing room are located under one roof, so we will be able to show you the whole production process quickly and efficiently. We invite you to the north-east of Poland, to Białystok. The trip from Warsaw airport will take you approximately 1.5 hours.

7. Can PGWEAR Customs design my clothing?

The PGWEAR Customs graphic studio consists of several graphic artists experienced in creating garments. We don’t require ready-made designs from you. All you need to do is to describe your vision as precisely as possible and send us the graphic elements. Our graphic designers will take care of creating the mock up picture. We will also suggest which decoration methods would work best for your project.

8. To which countries do you send orders?

PGWEAR Customs, just like the PGWEAR shop, sends its packages worldwide. For the last 15 years we have been fulfilling individual orders from customers from all over Europe, USA, Canada Australia, Malaysia, Japan and many other countries.

9. How to choose the right size list for the custom clothes?

Most of the garments ordered at PGWEAR Customs are created based on already existing, proven templates. When creating them, we do our best to make them as comfortable to wear as possible, and at the same time to make sure that their sizes meet current standards. Therefore, our clothes are neither slim fit nor oversize. For every product you order, you will receive a detailed size chart that will help you make the perfect choice.

10. Will the ordered garments be individually packed?

Our standard is to pack each garment in a plastic bag. However, the list of possibilities is very long. If you want to make your product more exclusive, you can opt for foil bags with your own logo or elegant boxes.
