We have described the way how cotton sweatshirts are produced several times. This time we are presenting the project consisting of two hoodless sweatshirts.
The first of them, navy blue, has been sewn using combed knitted fabric with the weight of 340g. This sweatshirt’s classic look is thanks to a simple cut and the method that was used to decorate it. Both the little crest at the front and a big writing at the back are made with the use of embroidery. The customer’s label and cotton tape are sewn in the neck of the sweatshirt.
Black sweatshirt has also been sewn using knitted fabric with the weight of 340g. In this case the customer has decided to use two methods of decoration. The logo on the heart is made with the use of embroidery, while the stripes on the sleeve have been made using screen printing.
In both cases the sweatshirts have been sewn from scratch at PGWEAR CUSTOMS.
