The printing methods we may use to deliver your orders have already been described several times. In the project that we are presenting below, despite identical graphic designs, we had to use different printing techniques.
The Customer wanted the T-shirts to be made of a polyester knit fabric. This forced us to use sublimation printing (more about sublimation printing is available here). As compared to other methods which are not suitable for this kind of textiles, sublimation offers great results, including very good colors as well as durable prints, imperceptible to the touch. The T-shirts had a standard cut. The only details sewn onto them were jacquard inside neck tags with size information.
The sweatshirts were made from a knitted fabric with a weight of about 340g. At the customer’s request, we made the sleeves a bit wider so that the sweatshirt can be put over a jacket or a motorcycle riding suit. Inside the hood, there is a mask to cover the face. It is attached to the hood in such a way that it allows you to wear the hood with the mask, only the hood, or just the mask.
The images which were printed into the T-shirts by sublimation, here were made using classic screen printing (more about screen printing is available here). These prints are equally durable. They will look just as good even after multiple washings.
