In our last article, we described the production of the PGWEAR Autumn/Winter 2017 Collection. It is very large and consists of 80 products. It therefore required a relatively long time for production. In case of smaller collections, consisting of several or a dozen products, the time for realisation is 3 – 5 weeks, as our production capacity allows us to carry out several production processes at the same time. One of such collections, realised not long ago for one of our clients in Italy is presented below.
Tailored Troubles Collection consists of a total of 8 products. The Client decided to order accessories with the logo of their own brand. We designed 3 different jacquard labels and jacquard patches. Each of the products also has a special paper label attached to it.

- T-shirts – are made with high quality knitted fabric weighing approximately 210 g. The patches have been made with a traditional method – screen printing. Such combination guarantees the comfort of wearing, perfect look and durability for years. The Client decided for 3 simple graphic projects and classic colours of the shirts – black and white.

- sweater – a simple, neat sweater made of acrylic and cotton yarn. The collar and the bottom have the jacquard labels attached to them. On the chest, on the other hand, there is a jacquard patch with the Client’s logo.
