PGWEAR Customs is the biggest producer of balaclavas in Europe. Having been produced for 15 years now, our balaclavas come in many different colours, differ in the number of holes and the type of material used.
While selecting a colour and the number of holes (two eye holes or one large, mouth hole) will be obvious to you, choosing the fabrics may be a bit more difficult. Which type will be the best for your project?
- Acrylic balaclavas – made of knitted fabric that in touch resembles the material used in the production of winter hats. They will be perfect for horizontal stripes and simple graphic designs. It is possible to place embroidery on them, sew on patches and tags. Our balaclavas are relatively warm.
- Cotton balaclavas – made of knitted cotton with a small admixture of Lycra. Owed to such a combination, which gives them elasticity, they perfectly adhere to the face. In addition to patches and embroidery, designs can be also transferred onto our balaclavas using the screen printing technique. Lightweight and breathable fabrics.
- Polyester balaclavas – made of 100% polyester or polyester mixed with cotton. They are perfect for very complex graphic designs. The sublimation method allows for transferring multicoloured designs on them, without affecting the price.
