HOW TO ORDER FROM PGWEAR CUSTOMS?

1. 1. A starting point when placing orders with PGWEAR CUSTOMS is the design. We do not create graphic designs from scratch, but neither do we require you to immediately send us a final version which cannot be changed any further. It is essential that you have a concept and that you know more or less what you expect. Our graphic designers’ skills and our many-year experience will make it possible for us to suggest possible changes improving the overall look of the product as well as to adapt it to technical possibilities. We will prepare visualisation showing how the ordered product will look like after graphic files, a simple sketch or description has been received from you. We use .cdr or .ai vector files for imprints and embroideries. If you do not have these types of files, a good quality .jpg, .png or .psd file is enough.
   2. We do valuation after you have accepted the visualisation. The price depends to large extent on the amount you want to order. We usually give you a few options to choose from.

For example, knitted materials of different thickness or imported T-shirts can be used when producing T-shirts. We also offer accessories, e.g. jacquard name tags, badges. We add shipping costs to products. These are not high, shipping to most European countries is less than EUR 20, even in the case of large orders.

1. 1. We start the production process once the payment has been received. Duration of the production process depends on a specific design, it takes from 8 to 30 days. In the meantime, we send you final visualisation to be approved. We make alterations and create a prototype of the ordered product if need be. 1. We send you pictures of the finished product after the production process has ended. Each of them is packed into separate plastic bags. Expect a courier with the package after 2-4 days!
