Jackets are an integral part of our wardrobe and each of us certainly has a few pieces of them in their closet. It is a product that is useful not only in the winter. Lightweight jackets are perfect for spring, autumn and cool summer days. In PGWEAR Customs, we give you the opportunity to create jackets from scratch according to your own idea to suit your needs.
The jackets that we offer in PGWEAR Customs have many variations. We offer: long or short jackets, with or without welts, lightweight or warm, with liner and very popular – double-sided jackets. All of them are made of high quality materials: waterproof nylon, microfiber, polar fleece and cotton.
Here are some of our suggestions:
Jackets with double-sided microfiber – one of the most popular types of jackets that are produced by PGWEAR Customs. Most often we make them of high quality microfiber. The jacket consists of two layers of material, so that it is possible to personalize both sides, e.g.: one side may have colorful stripes and the other can be all black, it can be embroidered on one side and printed on the other. In addition, microfiber gives great possibilities when it comes to dye sublimation. The sleeves and hem can be trimmed with welts or rubber bands.
Nylon jackets – most commonly worn in the spring and autumn, the biggest advantage of these jackets is that they are waterproof. Inside, a mesh or satin lining is usually sewn. An interesting possibility for these jackets is to personalize the hood – you can make a hood with a mask, mesh or balaclava. Embroidery looks very good on nylon jackets.
Baseball jackets – usually we sew them of cotton, but a combination of cotton and other materials, e.g. nylon or leather, is very popular. Jackets of this type have their own unique style and look perfectly in team colors. A great addition to the baseball jacket is an embroidery with a felt sew-on.
Winter jackets – we sew them from the same materials as the other jackets but they are also insulated with an inner layer of polar fleece or a thin layer of foam. Winter jackets look great with embroidery and leather or jacquard sew-on patches.
