We wrote many times about cotton sweatshirts. We described for you production capabilities (more) and presented examples of realizations (example I, example II).
This time we present to you a sweatshirt with hood, produced from scratch for our client. The sweatshirt is sewed from knitted combed fabric of area density of 340g. It is an excellent solution for autumn and winter season. This cloth ensures a perfect thermal comfort for cold days while keeping excellent comfort of wearing.
The biggest advantage of the described sweatshirt is very innovative project. Combination of two colors of knitted cotton fabric and screen printing on the front and the back give a very interesting visual effect. Such types of printing require great precision when sewing patterns into one whole. Even few milimeters shift could spoil the final look. It was also necessary to sew in zipper in such a manner that it wouldn’t be visible and wouldn’t disrupt continuity of the graphic template. Yellow colored inscriptions, located at the front at left side and at left sleeve were made with the method of embroidery. The perfect complementation of the project are printed inscriptions on hood strings and jacquard labels sewed into the bottom of the sweatshirt.
