Our top priority has always been the best quality. If at the same time your design is slightly more complex than usual, reaching a satisfying effect turns into a real challenge. To meet it with success one needs knowledge, experience and great attention to every detail.
The hoodie presented below is a good example of a design which may be easily destroyed. The client asked for three-colour front. In order to make seams look perfect, we had to pay special attention to precision of sewing. Each seam had to be ideally even. It also turned out that in case of that design we needed to use a special type of seams. Due to the fact that the hoodie was made of knitted fabric weighing 350/m2, the standard seams were too thick and might wrinkle, what would definitely result in unattractive final visual effect.
The client decided to use a white broad zip and white drawstrings by the hood. Trimming tape sewn at the neck is also white. The inside of the hood was made of a knitted fabric in a contrasting red colour. The hoodie also has a spacious kangaroo pocket in unusual shape. A small logo at the breast and a big one at the back were made with the use of screen printing technique (more about screen printing).
