1. Idea / Project
This is the only stage in which you must take an active part. It is your ideas and tastes that are the most important. Our graphic studio can help you prepare files for production.
2. Placement of prints and deciding about their size
This is a very important and underestimated stage. Too large or too small prints can definitely spoil the final effect. To illustrate a given size and location as accurately as possible, we use the simplest way – trying on the cut printout in the right size will help to take the final decisions.
3. Choice of colors
We know how important the right shades of colors are for football fans, we also know how to choose the perfect ones.
4. Cutting, printing, sewing
At this stage, the final product is created. The highest quality knitwear goes to the cutting table, after that we start the printing process. At PGWEAR Customs, we believe that the best method of decorating clothing is screen printing. The prints made in our company, even after hundreds of washes, still look perfect. PGWEAR Customs pays great attention to the quality of finished products. Quality, not quantity – is our motto.
5. Packaging the final product / shipment to the customer.
This is the last stage of production! After the last quality check, the goods are packed and shipped to you!
